Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Gold Gorilla Darts, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite hit the bullseye. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can return any unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging

Unused and in the same condition you received it

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
To start a return, please email us at info@goldgorilladarts.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll reply with instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: You’ll be responsible for paying return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? No problem. We’re happy to exchange items that are unused and in their original condition. Email us to arrange your exchange.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or not what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll sort it out quickly—either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including return postage.
Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:
